Although we hope that your purchase arrives safely and that you are fully satisfied with it, we appreciate that sometime things do go wrong, if this happens please read the following information. Shipping Methods

Shaving Time uses the following shipping methods:

1. Royal Mail "Signed" UK deliveries

2. Royal Mail "Track & Sign" Europe

3. Parcelforce / GLS UK & Europe 

4. UPS Aftershaves and EDT's to Europe

The options available to you will be presented at checkout.

If you have not received your purchases within 15 days from the shipping date, please contact STSales@shavingtime.co.uk  and we will investigate.

If the items have gone missing we will issue a complete refund after 30 days.


Our returns policy lasts for up to 30 days, if after 30 days you wish to return your purchases Shaving Time will be unable to accept them for refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please return your  items to The Shaving Time Company , 1 Woodgates End, Broxted, Dunmow, Essex, UK . CM6 2BN.

Please ensure that you ship with tracking or signed for options. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Shaving time will not issue refunds when the customer has not recorded their delivery address accurately on the order.

Please email your returns request to accounts@shavingtime.co.uk , please include the Order number in your email and the reason for return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Please send returns using Signed or tracked Postage to:

Shaving Time, 1 Woodgates End, Broxted, Dunmow, CM6 2NM

Please note we cannot refund the original shipping fee once the order has been delivered.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received an agreed refund, please check your bank account and if applicable your credit card statement..
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@shavingtime.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at accounts@shavingtime.co.uk and send your item to: The Shaving Time Company, 1 Woodgates End, Dunmow , Essex, GB CM6 2BN.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Shaving Time Company, 1 Woodgates End, Dunmow , Essex, GB CM6 2BN.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In all cases you should consider using a trackable or signed for shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking or signed for shipping.
