RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Shaving Time we want to keep returns simple, so as long as you can answer the following questions with a yes, you will have no problems arranging a free return and getting a refund.

  • Is the return completely unused?
  • If an aftershave or soap is the seal (if exists) intact?
  • Is the packaging undamaged?
  • Was delivery within the last 30 days?

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return policy lasts for up to 30 days from delivery.

Please note that Shaving Soap Samples and sale items are excluded from our refund policy.

Shaving Time will be unable to process refunds when the customer has incorrectly recorded their delivery address accurately on the order. Please ensure that you accurately record your Shipping  Address when placing an order.

Returns can only be accepted if they are unused and in their original product packaging.

If a delivery is refused by the customer for any reason, including import duties or customs charges, the original shipping cost is non-refundable."

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by starting a return or cancellation request through your account: https://shopify.com/78494925142/account

If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.

Once you have notified us, you must return the items within 14 days of that notification.

Refunds We will refund the price of the goods and the cost of standard outbound delivery. We are not required to refund any additional costs if you chose a premium or express delivery option. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return, whichever is earlier), using the same payment method as your original order.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
