The Astra superior platinum - also called "green Astra blades" to distinguish them from the "Astra super stainless" blades, which are blue and of slightly lower quality - are shaving blades (for safety razors and straight razors such as shavettes). Procter & Gamble of St. Petersburg produces it.

Among the most balanced razor blades on the market, the Astra blades are sharp, do not jump or scratch, have excellent durability and are pretty economical.

It's a very well made razor very mild but lovely to use the big downside is that after i bought it a couple of days later i saw it for sale at the english shaving shop for £25 less

I've recently started shaving my head with a DE razor, I bought a basic brush and bowl set, the brush works well, but the brown is too tiny to generate any meaningful lather. Enter the Goodfellas shave bowl, with its ridges that aid in the production of rich creamy lather. It also means that I use less shave cream because of the efficiency. For me, this one levelled up my shave game!!
