Finish & Tooling Philosophy

These razors are engineered as precision tools, not jewellery. They undergo a vibratory finishing process that prioritises tight tolerances over mirror polishing.

Because of this:

• Minor machining or finishing marks may be visible
• Handles may show small marks from tumbling
• Metal-to-metal contact can create a ring mark on the base plate

This approach ensures maximum performance and fit while keeping cost reasonable. Cosmetic polishing can be donelater if desired.
