Return & Refund Process

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Shaving Time we want to keep returns simple, so as long as you can answer the following questions with a yes, you will have no problems arranging a free return and getting a refund.

  • Is the return completely unused?
  • If an aftershave or soap is the seal (if exists) intact?
  • Is the packaging undamaged?
  • Was delivery within the last 30 days?

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return policy lasts for up to 30 days from delivery.

Please note that Shaving Soap Samples and sale items are excluded from our refund policy.

Shaving Time will be unable to process refunds when the customer has incorrectly recorded their delivery address accurately on the order. Please ensure that you accurately record your Shipping  Address when placing an order.

Returns can only be accepted if they are unused and in their original product packaging.

Returns Process

  1. Login with your email to the Shaving Time Customer Portal
  2. Request a full or part return
  3. Go to the Royal Mail Return Portal and follow the instructions:  RM Returns Portal
  4. Return the item/s
  5. Once received we will inspect the products to ensure that they have not been used and refund you minus the original shipping costs.
  6. A refund will be actioned the next business day.

Please note that your Bank or Payment Account can take take 2 - 5 days to be credited by your finance provider. Shaving Shack have no control over this process.

LATE OR MISSING RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank account or credit card provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them.

If you have  done  this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at  stsales@shavingtime.co.uk 

DELAYED / LOST ORDERS

If a tracked order does not arrive within 30 business days of postage please contact us at stsales@shavingtine.co.uk, we will issue a replacement or refund in-line with your wishes. We will be unable to refund shipping fees where a wrong address has been provided by the customer. 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
