Return & Refund Process

FREE RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:

Shaving Time offer a Free fully guaranteed refund policy. We appreciate that on occasion our customers may be dissatisfied with their purchase and we wish to make the return process as simple and as less stressful as possible.

Our returns policy lasts for up to 30 days, if after 30 days you wish to return your purchase, Shaving Time will be unable to accept it for refund.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shaving time will be unable to process refunds when the customer has incorrectly recorded their delivery address accurately on the order. Please ensure that you accurately record your Shipping Address when placing an order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved (most cases), then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 working day of receipt. 

Please note that your Bank or Payment Account can take take 2 - 5 days to be credited by your finance provider. Shaving Time have no control over this process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank account or credit card provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them.

Delayed / lost orders

If a tracked order does not arrive within 30 business days of postage please contact us at stsales@shavingtime.co.uk we will issue a replacement or refund in-line with your wishes. We will be unable to refund shipping fees where a wrong address has been provided by the customer. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
